Including your name, the email address registered to your account (and your username, if any) and a clear description of your request helps us conclude it faster. Requests to delete your account can also be sent this way.
You do not need to submit an application to delete your account: you can delete your account and all of its data at any time using "Delete My Account" in the user menu after logging in, including after a free trial has ended. Retention periods are listed in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify the applicant's identity. Applications should be concluded as soon as possible and, as a general rule under the applicable procedure, no later than 30 days.
