When you create a free-trial account, we may process your company name, username, email address, authentication data associated with your password and technical/security records generated through your use of the account.
Passwords are intended to be protected using secure authentication methods and should not be stored in readable form.
We may process this information to create and administer your free-trial account; authenticate you and manage access; provide the SaaS services; maintain information and system security; detect technical errors and abuse; respond to user requests; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary.
Depending on the processing activity, we rely on the legal bases under Article 5 of KVKK, including processing directly necessary for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Where necessary to provide the service, information may be transferred to infrastructure, database, AI, hosting, error-monitoring, email and security providers.
Our current infrastructure may use Supabase, OpenAI, Sentry, Render and Google (Gmail).
Where these providers are located or process data outside Türkiye, international transfers will be conducted using transfer mechanisms that comply with Article 9 of KVKK and applicable legislation.
The free trial may allow you to upload real financial information.
Where uploaded information contains personal data relating to third parties, you may be responsible as data controller for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for uploading and processing such information through the platform.
Please avoid uploading sensitive/special-category personal data unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.
If your trial is not continued with a subscription:
Login records are kept for 12 months. If you continue with a subscription, your data is kept for the duration of the subscription and deleted within 30 days after it ends.
You may delete your account and all of its data yourself at any time using "Delete My Account" in the user menu, including after your trial has ended. Deleted data may remain in encrypted daily database backups for up to 7 days and in server logs for up to 30 days. A record that the deletion took place, without readable personal data, is kept for 3 years.
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK by applying to Aslan Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık using the methods permitted under applicable legislation.
